How to Qualify for Returns

We gladly offer returns for items within 30 days of your original purchase. 

Over-the-counter products may be returned for credit if they are unopened, not temperature-sensitive, and are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to request a return, please contact the Customer Support team with your order number. Our Customer Support team must approve your return prior to a credit being issued.

These are important qualifications to keep in mind when returning an order:

  • If you return an item prior to receiving approval, our team will attempt to reach you via email. If you do not respond to this email, we  cannot issue credit. 
  • Refunds take between 7-10 business days to process. This may take longer during holidays and other high-volume times.
  • Once your refund is complete, we will send you an automated email to confirm the details of your refund.
  • Shipping costs incurred during the return are the customer’s responsibility.
  • This policy is subject to change without notice.
